GUARNITEC GUIDE RINGS

In the context of Sealing Systems, Guarnitec Guide Rings play a primary role. Their strategic placement on both the cylinder head and piston is designed to preserve the axial alignment of metal components. This alignment is crucial for ensuring proper sealing system function while preventing direct contact between metal surfaces. Guarnitec Guide Rings offer high seal integrity in both head and piston areas.

AGI, AGI/S

AGI, made from acetal resin reinforced with glass fiber, offer resistance to heavy loads and function efficiently in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Suitable for shaft guides with internal working surface compatible with seal designs without guidance systems, they successfully replace traditional metal guides and resist loads and self-lubrication even under limited lubrication conditions. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +110°C, made of POM (Polyoxymethylene) + CNT3.

AGE

AGE, made from acetal resin reinforced with glass fiber, offer resistance to heavy loads and function efficiently in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Suitable piston guides with external working surface and compatible with seals without guidance systems, they successfully replace traditional metal guides and resist loads and self-lubrication even under limited lubrication conditions. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +110°C, made of POM (Polyoxymethylene) + CNT3.

AFI

Guide Rings AFI prevent metal-to-metal contact in hydraulic systems, made from phenolic resin that resists heavy loads and high temperatures. Suitable for reliable applications such as cranes, earthmoving machinery, and telescopic cylinders, they are able to withstand misalignments and vibrations.

AFE

AFE Guide Rings are used as seals to guide the piston or shaft of a hydraulic cylinder and prevent metal-to-metal contact. Made from phenolic resin that resists heavy loads and high temperatures, they are suitable for applications requiring continuous reliability, such as mining cylinders, mobile hydraulic systems, presses, and excavators. They have a rectangular section and are installed in the grooves on the piston or shaft.

TF o TEF/SEAL

TEF/SEAL Guide Rings, made from PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), prevent metal-to-metal contact by reducing friction and wear. Made with various fillers, such as bronze or molybdenum disulfide, they offer advantages like high pressure and temperature resistance up to 200°C, low friction with reduced stick-slip effect, high load capacity and wear resistance, excellent chemical resistance to prevent corrosion and fluid contamination. They are easy to install and replace, and can be adapted to various applications.
